What’s a Foundation Degree?
A validated foundation degree is linked to an honours degree with Ulster, giving you the opportunity to continue your higher level education journey from the second year of the course.

Consult and borrow Library books in any of Ulster’s libraries on Belfast, Coleraine, or Derry~Londonderry campuses and access a huge selection of journals.
Access concessionary rates and become a member of Ulster’s Sports Centres at Belfast, Coleraine or Derry~Londonderry campuses.
Join Ulster’s Students' Sports Union to be part of a club or represent Ulster University in competitive sport. Membership forms are available at each of the sports centres in Belfast, Coleraine or Derry~Londonderry.

How to Register
Once registered with your college, follow these simple steps to register with Ulster University on your validated programme:
- Complete your online application under ‘Associate Student’ here: UU Application System
- Complete your Online Enrolment to get Registered here: UU Enrolment System
- Upload a Photograph for Associate Student ID here: Photograph Upload
Upon completion of the above your UU student card will be sent to your College by November 2024.
