You can view or update your booking at anytime by accessing your session talks with the link in your emails.
Upon arrival, register in the BC building York Street entrance, or the BC building via the Fredrick Street entrance.

Travel
Travel- Have you considered public transport?
The Belfast campus is accessible by both bus and train. Yorkgate train station is only a 10 minute walk from the Belfast campus. Many bus services run from outside the campus and you can also find a bus centre and train station at Europa which is a 15 minute walk from the campus.

Parking
Car parking is available at our Frederick Street Car Park. Please download a ticket to access the facility. You can save the downloaded ticket on your phone, in your Apple wallet or print this ticket. You will need to scan the QR code to access the parking facility.
There are a limited number spaces in the Fredrick street car park which are available on a first come basis.
On-street parking is also available but extremely limited. Public parking is available at Q-Park St. Anne's Square and nearby at CastleCourt. Other car parks are available.
Should you have any additional access requirements a limited number of spaces are available next to the Birley Building off Academy Street. Please make us aware in advance of the event if you require accessible parking by emailing k.begley@ulster.ac.uk with your requirements.

Check-in
Upon arrival, visit the registration desks located in the BA and BC building. Please have your QR code ready on your phone (you can download this now from your emails, save in your Apple wallet or take a screenshot to have in your photos).

Golden tickets are hidden in certain session talks, find a golden ticket for a chance to spin the prize wheel and you could win big!

Take a Tour
Campus tours will run every 15 minutes from 8.30am, leaving from the CQS on the ground floor of the BC building. A campus tour will offer you the opportunity to view the campus facilities, including the library, accommodation and sports facilities. Please book your tour prior to the event to avoid missing out as tour group capacity is limited

A Taste of UU
While on campus, why not make the most of the cafes and eateries available. We are offering all attendees a £6 voucher so you can really get a taste of UU. Enjoy our on campus Starbucks, Junction, Paul and Henry, York St Coffee and HJEM and many more.

If you are unsure of anything, find yourself lost on campus or are feeling unwell; please notify our Student Event Helpers who will be wearing UU branded white hoodies or T-shirts and will be happy to help.

Room Numbers
The letters of the room number refer to the building (BD). The first set of numbers refer to the floor (03) and the final set of numbers is the room (035).
Eg.- BD-03-035 is in the BD building, on the third floor in room 035.
