- The Online Guide for Friends from Student Minds, a student mental health charity, includes information and tips on having difficult conversations to self-care.

SOS Bus NI
SOS Volunteers are trained to prove first aid, mental health intervention, harm reduction, transport to a safe place, signposting and referrals. If you need advice or a listening ear support@sosbusni.com, emergency mobile 07901 505 505 Friday & Saturday 10pm - 2:30am, Monday - Friday 2pm - 6pm.
