World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness of mental health and driving positive change for everyone’s mental health. It’s a chance to talk about our mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.

Block BC Foyer from 11am – 2pm:

  • VR Headsets/chill out zone: immerse yourself in a virtual world and explore relaxation and mindfulness experiences.
  • Giant Buzz Wire Game - can you complete it without touching the wire?
  • Stress Bucket Model Interactive Activity
  • Giant board games: challenge your friends!
  • Guide Dogs
  • Fitness Challenge: start your day with a burst of energy! Participate in our fitness challenge and win exciting prizes

Block BA Foyer from 12 noon – 2pm:

  • Art activity outside BSOA shop- tote bag painting, bead/bracelet making
