The Needs Assessment Centre at Ulster University provides needs assessments for students who are entitled to disability related funding such as the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA).
This includes current and prospective Ulster University students and those applying to or attending other universities or colleges.
Once you have received a letter from your funding body advising that you are approved for funding, you should contact us to arrange your Needs Assessment appointment.
If you are an Ulster University student from the Republic of Ireland, an international student or a student on a nursing course funded by BSO you will be referred for a Needs Assessment by your AccessAbility Adviser.
Our Needs Assessment Centre aims to offer appointments within five working days from the time we receive your supporting documentation.
