Here's my story
In my change story I talk about how my practical course became more theory based and moved online. I found this change difficult and here’s how I coped.
Discover new activities, groups and make new social connections with people, places and activities you enjoy. Join UU clubs and societies. Good relationships are important to your wellbeing. Help yourself by helping others. Get involved with other students in UUSU campaigns or become a Physical activity is not only great for your physical health and fitness, but evidence also shows it can improve mental wellbeing by: It causes chemical changes in your brain which can help to positively change your mood. Paying attention to the present moment, including to your thoughts and feelings and noticing your body and the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing. This awareness is called "mindfulness“ and helps us enjoy life more and understand ourselves better-mindful breathing can help you reduce stress and anxiety. Research shows that learning new skills can also improve your mental wellbeing, boosting self-confidence and raising self-esteem, helps you to build a sense of purpose and helps you connect with others.
