Whether you are planning to travel from home, live in campus accommodation, or in nearby private rentals, it’s important to plan your sustainable travel to and from campus.
All the campuses have great public transport links, and you can download the free Translink Journey Planner App so you can organise your journeys in advance.
Translink also have have amazing discounts for students to make travel more affordable. If you’re aged 16-23, you can get a FREE yLink smartcard. This will give you 50% off Translink bus and rail travel and up to 50% off Enterprise for up to 8 years! To get your smartcard, visit the Translink website.
For those aged 24 years and over, you can get the 24+ Student Railcard for 1/3 off NI Railways tickets.
Walk or jog your way to class through the beautiful woodland trail on Coleraine campus, take in the historical sights as you make your way to class in Derry ~ Londonderry or enjoy the buzz of the shops, cafés and restaurants as you venture to the Belfast campus right in the heart of the city.
