    Online Maths Workshop: Index Laws

    Join our Online Maths Workshop focused on Index Laws, where students will learn the rules and techniques for working with indices (powers) in mathematical expressions. The session will cover the essential laws, such as multiplying and dividing indices, raising a power to a power, and working with zero and negative indices. This workshop aims to build a solid foundation in understanding and applying index laws, enhancing students' math skills and confidence. All students are welcome!

    Online Maths Workshop: SPSS Data and Data Collection

    Join our Online Maths Workshop focused on SPSS Data and Data Collection. In this session, we will explore how to effectively collect, organise, and analyse data using SPSS, a powerful statistical software. The workshop will cover basic data entry, descriptive statistics, and data manipulation techniques to prepare students for quantitative research and data-driven decision-making.  This workshop aims to enhance students' data analysis skills and confidence in using SPSS.     Online Maths Workshop: Differentiation 1 - An introduction

    Join us for an Online Maths Workshop that provides an introduction to differentiation. This session will cover the fundamentals of differentiation in calculus, including the basic rules, how to differentiate simple functions, and the interpretation of derivatives in practical applications. The workshop is designed to help students build a strong foundation in calculus, boosting their math skills and confidence in handling differential problems. All students are welcome!

    Quadratic Equations

    This online lesson, delivered through Blackboard, covers multiple methods for manipulating and solving quadratic equations and spans content covered at high level GCSE Mathematics. Select or click on the link at the time of the lesson. No booking necessary.

    Pythagoras' Theorem

    This online lesson, delivered through Blackboard, looks at how to find the missing side of a right angled triangle from foundation level GCSE Mathematics and expands to look at problems in 3D. Select or click on the link at the time of the lesson. No booking necessary.

    SPSS: Essential Descriptors

    Trigonometry 1: The Basics

    Trigonometry is an expansive topic that spans from grade B a GCSE level Mathematics through to trickier content at A level.
