Throughout semesters 1& 2, the International Student Advisory Service host a range of events and activities including a weekly catch-up for international students called 'Coffee & Chat' which takes place on each campus.

In order to provide a welcoming environment for our students, we will not allow unauthorised solicitation, recruiting, or marketing during this time.
Student groups or societies who would like to promote their upcoming events, recruit for their group, or help with a weekly catch-up can email the team at isas@ulster.ac.uk.

Our International Students Coffee and Chat is Back!
Every Wednesday between 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, our staff from the International Student Advisory Service (ISAS) will meet you at BA-02-The Bridge (the Coffee shop). If you have any questions, want to talk to someone, or just want to enjoy good company, please come along! We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Join us for the first session of the new semester. An opportunity to catch up with friends, swap holiday stories and meet some of our new students. Coffee & Chat is a great place to connect with fellow students and ask any questions of the ISAS team.

Derry~Londonderry Campus
Coffee and Chat is a great opportunity for you to come along, meet your friends, classmates and staff over a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy some traybakes.
The ISAS team will be available and happy to answer any questions you may have. We'd love to see you there! ISAS staff are available to you throughout your studies - if you would like to speak to a member of the team then please drop in to MC012, 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am-4.00pm Friday, or contact ISAS@ulster.ac.uk, or ring on 028 95 367030.
Derry ~ Londonderry Date Location Description Monday 18 November Library Cafeteria @ 11.45am Pop in, chat with staff and classmates, and enjoy a cuppa and some traybakes. Our Buddy team will also join us today for a surprise event! Tuesday 19 November MD026 @ 12.15pm Pop in and meet our Community Policing team to find out a bit more about keeping safe while living away from home. Thursday 21 November MG Foyer (Level 1) @ 3.30pm A half hour before class for our Data Science students to grab a cuppa and chat with friends and staff members. Tuesday 26 November Library Cafeteria @ 11.45am Can you believe it's Week 10 already - pop in and catch up over a cuppa and hear about plans for the coming holiday celebrations. Tuesday 3 December MI022, Aberfoyle House @ 4.00m As we're almost at the end of semester we'll have a special guest dropping in to say "Well done and Happy Holidays". Here's a clue, he's a big guy with a white beard! You shouldn't miss this, we'll have festive treats and some small Christmas goodies for students and your families. All welcome for Christmas crafts, crackers and craic! Tuesday 10 December Library Cafeteria @ 11.45am Our final Coffee & Chat of the semester and an opportunity to enjoy some festive treats with your classmates and staff members. Hopefully see you there! Thursday 12 December MG Foyer (Level 1) @ 3.30pm A festive Coffee & Chat for our Data Science students - come along and enjoy some festive treats, it's the last opportunity before we finish up for the holidays. Friday 13 December Departing MD @ 8.30am Look out for details of our bus trip to the Christmas Market in Belfast. When we arrive in Belfast, we'll be joined by students from Coleraine and Belfast campuses and will enjoy some festive treats and hot chocolate.
