Come join us!

Semester 1 & 2

Throughout semesters 1& 2, the International Student Advisory Service host a weekly catch-up for international students called 'Coffee & Chat' which takes place on each campus.

All international students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join us to participate in a relaxed and informal get together to socialise and support one another. There will also be a range of guest speakers and organised activities throughout the year.

There is no need to register in advance; unless we're running a special activity, just turn up at the time and location listed below for your campus and we'll bring the coffee, tea and snacks. Come join in some great conversation with our friends from around the world!

In order to provide a welcoming environment for our students, we will not allow unauthorised solicitation, recruiting, or marketing during this time.

Student groups or societies who would like to promote their upcoming events, recruit for their group, or help with a weekly catch-up can email the team at isas@ulster.ac.uk.

    Every Wednesday between 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, our staff from the International Student Advisory Service (ISAS) will meet you at BA-02-The Bridge (the Coffee shop). If you have any questions, want to talk to someone, or just want to enjoy good company, please come along!  We are looking forward to seeing you there.

    Sign-up below to take part in a fun morning working in Downhill Forest/Bishop's Gate Garden! We will be partnering with the National Trust (heritage conservation charity) to forage, learn more about the local wildlife, and do some various gardening projects to help preserve and maintain the beautiful forest landscape.

    This event is available to any of our students studying on the Coleraine campus, but has very limited availability, so to secure your spot, we ask that you complete the registration form below.

    Coffee and Chat is a great opportunity for you to come along, meet your friends, classmates and staff over a cup of coffee/tea and enjoy some traybakes.  The ISAS team will be available and happy to answer any questions you may have.  We'd love to see you there!   ISAS staff are available to you throughout your studies - if you would like to speak to a member of the team then please drop in to MC012, 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday and 9.00am-4.00pm Friday, or contact ISAS@ulster.ac.uk, or ring on 028 95 367030.
