How to pay your tuition fees by online Debit or Credit card.
If you are funding your own studies, getting financial help from family or friends or receiving financial assistance directly from an external funder.
We offer online payment options which support all major credit/debit cards.
You may decide to pay your tuition fees in full or you may prefer to opt for one of our instalment plans, if the balance is £100 or more.

For international students first commencing their programme in September 2024, there is a requirement to pay a deposit of £4,000 before a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) can be issued.
The preference is for tuition fees to be paid in full at or prior to the point of enrolment.
If you are unable to pay your tuition fees in full, you must pay a minimum of 50% (this includes the above deposit) of the tuition fee due at registration and agree to pay the balance in instalments.
Instalment plan to cover the balance is two further equal instalments on 01 December and 01 March via the International Payment Portal.
(The CAS deposit does not apply to international distance learning students).
For international students first commencing their MBBS programme in September 2024, the preference is for tuition fees to be paid in full at or prior to the point of enrolment.
If you are unable to pay your tuition fees in full, there is a requirement to pay a minimum of 10% of the tuition fee as a deposit and agree to pay the balance over 9 equal instalments.
The Department of Health has introduced a clinical placement levy of £11,500 on top of your tuition fee, payable to the Department of Health. Ulster University collects and contributes towards this levy. Student contribution towards the levy, which is payable in full to the University at enrolment, is available via the link below and is reviewed annually.
