    Student ID Cards

    Your Student ID Card

Your Student ID card includes details of your student number and course and is needed if you wish to borrow books from the library, for car parking and to gain access into certain areas of the Belfast, Coleraine and Magee campuses.

Please remember that cards need to be updated approximately every 30 days to ensure you have access to the areas that you need.

You can do this by tapping your card on the card readers which are located at the main reception on each campus.

Your Joining Instructions details your student ID card collection point, however if you have any queries, please contact your campus Registry Office/Student Services HQ.

If you have not yet uploaded a photo, please upload using the photo upload centre and contact your campus Registry Office once complete.
