Dr Ross Murphy
Overview
My research interests include investigating multi-modal data integration with artificial intelligence methods for personalised medicine in biomedical sciences, particularly for prostate cancer and treatment-resistant hypertension.
This includes using specialist bioinformatics skills and methods for analysing large, high-dimensional patient cohorts which include data modalities such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, medical imaging radiomics and digital histopathology.
