Overview

Dr Mohamed Elnaem is an academic and researcher with several years of academic experience in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the UK. He is a clinical pharmacy educator and a senior researcher in clinical pharmacy practice and education.

He is a fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, an associate fellow of the higher education academy, a pharmaceutical scientist member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and a member of the academic pharmacy section of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), the International Society of Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy, the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy.

Research Interests

Dr. Elnaem’s research interests are quality use of medicines, digital health, health service research and pharmacy education. He has experience employing different quantitative and qualitative research methods in clinical research.

He has published several research articles across these research areas in international peer-reviewed journals and served as an editorial board member and  associate editor for several international journals.
