The 'Class of Festival' is a raising aspirations festival that can be delivered either within a school or at Ulster University.
It is designed to promote the benefits of physical activity to health and to introduce children and young people to the idea of future study at University. Depending on the age group attending, participants are introduced to the concept that, should they attend University in the near future they would be the graduating Class of….
The festival includes an interactive lecture and culminates with a sport and physical activity session.
Delivery history
The Class of Festival programme has been operational since 2012/13 and has been delivered to over 400 children.
