  1. Sports centre gift vouchers are redeemable against any Associate Gold membership in Ulster University Sport Services venues. Membership must be registered at Sports Centre Reception within 6 months of the date of issue.
  2. The gift voucher entitles the holder to attend unlimited Sports Services  exercise classes. Access to classes organised by external hirers is not included.
  3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Gift vouchers will expire on the date marked on the gift voucher. Gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  5. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  6. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
  7. Ulster University Sports Services reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher that it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
  8. Ulster University Sports Services reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
