Dr Gordon Marnoch provided advice to the legal team acting for Haemophilia Northern Ireland and victims of infected blood in respect of collecting evidence for the UK Infected Blood public inquiry. This focused on the complex history of public administration in NI since the 1970’s and the lines of responsibility and accountability in respect of blood products.
