The report details the key trends and spatial patterns in the housing market, drawing comparisons with quarter one of 2024 as a measure of annual change, and with quarter four of 2024 as an indicator of quarterly change.
The report is produced by Ulster University in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Progressive Building Society.
