The University’s Hybrid & Flexible Working Framework was introduced in December 2021 as an integral part of our ambition to be a values led organisation where we build a culture in which all colleagues can flourish.
The Framework sets out a direction of travel for the University and a menu of potential options for colleagues in offering them choices and flexibility in where and when they deliver their work. The choices available will vary depending on the requirements of the role, however, the University wishes to ensure that all colleagues are offered some options.
