A complaint about a member of staff

The formal complaint of Bullying or Harassment should be put in writing to the Chief People Officer.

A complaint about a student

The formal complaint of Bullying or Harassment should be put in writing to the relevant Senior Academic.

Complaints

If you have been unable to resolve a complaint via the informal procedures or you feel the bullying or harassment is such that it would be inappropriate because of the nature of the allegation to investigate it informally, a formal complaint can be raised. Formal complaints should be made in writing outlining the nature of the complaint and the outcome sought.  Formal complaints should be submitted to:

The Chief People Officer - if the complaint relates to University staff

The relevant Senior Academic – if the complaint relates to a student
