With 75 per cent of mental health difficulties developing before the age of 25 and the pressure on many to juggle complex work, study and personal lives, students are a particularly vulnerable group.
Ulster University Chancellor Dr James Nesbitt was in Belfast to hear more about the initiative from Colin McKee, Mind Your Mood Co-ordinator, Ulster University, and encourage even more people to run the marathon or donate.
