It explains how you can draw from your sustained experience of being a strategic leader of teaching and learning in HE and make an application for Principal Fellow through the ENHANCE Fellowship Scheme.

- be able to decide whether you have sufficient, sustained and relevant experience of strategic leadership, that has had extensive impact on high quality HE learning experiences, to make an application for Principal Fellowship
