CANADA British Columbia | In general for entry to our undergraduate degree courses we accept the following as a minimum British Columbia Certificate of Graduation level 12 - achieve at least 3 grade Bs and 2 Cs |
CANADA Ontario | The Ontario Secondary School Diploma with an average of 60% in six Grade 12 U/M courses |
CANADA Manitoba | Manitoba High School Diploma 60% or above in five subjects |
CANADA Newfoundland and Labrador | Newfoundland and Labrador High School Diploma 60% or above in five subjects |
CANADA Northwest Territories | Secondary School Diploma level 12 - achieve at least 65% in 5 subjects. |
CANADA Yukon | In general for entry to our undergraduate degree courses we accept the following as a minimum Certificate of Graduation with C grades in level 12 subjects |
Meet our requirements for undergraduate courses?
Postgraduate courses
Typically we require applicants for taught programmes to hold the equivalent of a UK first degree (usually in a relevant subject area). Please refer to the specific entry requirements for your chosen course of study as outlined in the online prospectus. We consider students who have good grades in the following:
Qualifications
Bachelor degree/ Baccalaureat
- 2:1- 75%
- 2:2- 65%
OR
Bachelor degree (Honours)
- 2:1- 70%
- 2:2 60

English Language Entry Requirements
Normally the minimum English language entry requirement is IELTS (academic) of 6.0 (with no band score of less than 5.5).
Some of our courses ask for a higher score.
If you do not meet the English language requirement we will give you a conditional offer subject to you meeting the requirement before the commencement of the course.
We accept a wide range of alternative English language examinations and tests so please check the list of other accepted tests
- If applicant is national of Canada can accept Grade 11 or Grade 12 English language 60% to meet GCSE requirement.
