The Graduate Leadership Programme is open exclusively to Ulster University graduates. It consists of a six month internship alongside completion of a Postgraduate Certificate in Graduate Leadership qualification.
The programme runs from September to March each year and is open to new graduates who have graduated in July of that year.
The Graduate Leadership Programme is aimed at increasing graduate employability by providing the necessary experience, knowledge and skills for future careers.
Internships are available with a range of Northern Irish employers.
Employers can submit an expression of interest to recruit a graduate and are able to conduct the recruitment process themselves.
The programme gives employers the opportunity to have a subject specific graduate to contribute the most up-to-date research and development knowledge and understanding directly into their business.
Graduates receive a bursary over the six month period as well as payment of all course fees.
