During this interactive workshop, you’ll discover what AI is and how AI is impacting you and your organisation. We will examine the profound impact AI is having on the Future of Work, uncovering what it means for businesses and teams in the workplace.
You will also gain an understanding of the changing role of the Project Manager and how traditional ways of working are undergoing a major transformation with the integration of AI tools.
This workshop is designed to provide the information you will need to upskill as a Project Manager in the digital era. Through practical examples, you'll learn how project managers can use AI to their advantage to support the delivery of successful projects.

Shirley is an experienced academic researcher who has worked with large multinational companies leading on new innovation and skills in NI and beyond.
Lesley McGrogan, Course Director (Management Practice), Lecturer in Human Insights and Project Management, Ulster University Business School
Lesley is a specialist in project management and learning and development practice. She has delivered large scale projects for public and private organisations throughout the UK.
