Strong management and leadership are the cornerstones of a productive and high-performing workforce. With increasing evidence linking management practices to business success, investing in management and leadership training is essential for improving business outcomes and driving economic growth.
Dr Karen Bonner, Principle Economist from Ulster University Economic Policy Centre (UUEPC) will present findings from recent research, highlighting how management and leadership training enhances productivity, workforce engagement and overall business performance.
Kirsty McManus, National Director of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Northern Ireland, will provide practical examples of how effective Management and Leadership training can deliver tangible benefits, from boosting team performance to improving long-term business resilience.
