From serving as Head Chef at the Italian Embassy to becoming a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist, Danilo has championed authentic Italian flavours with a modern twist. His latest book, Better than Nonna, reimagines traditional Italian dishes, blending time-honoured techniques with contemporary innovation.
This special evening will also include a tribute to the legendary Antonio Carluccio, honouring his profound influence on Italian gastronomy and his enduring legacy in the culinary world.
Expect a meticulously crafted menu inspired by Danilo’s passion for Italian tradition, infused with bold, contemporary flavours – all prepared in collaboration with our talented Academy team.
