Ulster Law School are delighted to offer the LLB Law (Degree Apprenticeship). This is a work-based-training programme for students to ’earn while they learn’. The programme runs for four years and is a QLD. As an employer partner, you would provide the on-the-job training and mentorship to support the learning that students complete in the classroom.  Degree Apprenticeships are a great way to attract high quality talent and grow them within your organisational culture, or to promote or retrain existing staff that have the potential to progress their careers in your organisation.

For the Law programme, the apprenticeship will involve four days of on-the-job training, and employers are required to cover wages for employees during one day of off the job training at the University.  The University component of the training is fully funded by DfE, which makes a Degree Apprenticeship even more attractive to applicants.

If you are interested in recruiting a degree apprentice for September 2025 entry or want to find out more about the programme, we would love to hear from you.
