Prof. Maxim Fomin and Dr Caoimhín Ó Dónaill have organised Ulidia 7 — The Seventh International Conference on the Ulster Cycle of Tales, featuring plenaries on The Archaeology of the North Coast by Dr Colin Breen, Ulster University, and on Machine Learning and Medieval Literature of Ireland and Scotland by Prof. Will Lamb, University of Edinburgh. The third plenary, on Rudolf Thurneysen and Die irische Heldensage by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Maier, Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen, is convened at the Linenhall Library as part of our public engagement.
