- The nomination forms a part of the assessment on a module on Business Ethics and Sustainability.
- This student-led nomination is a welcome break from self nomination awards.

- Business size: small = 2-49 employees
- Sector: private
- Manager and student met in person to discuss contents.
Exclusion criteria
- businesses based on providing sustainability products/services
