The lecture on "Nutrient Functions & Health Benefits: Communication to and through Health Influencers" will explain how Health Influencers Communication Programming can be done.

Outline of Activity

As nutritionists, we want to help (consumers) take action to improve their health and wellness. Thus, we should empower them to make healthy choices in the foods that they buy and consume. To this end, effective communication about nutrition knowledge to consumers is crucial. A powerful way to communicate with consumers on nutrition is though Health Influencers.  Your classmates will act as your target audience: convince them! This Masterclass is open to all those currently working / studying within the area of food, nutrition and health. Attendance is free and will be on a first come basis. Places are limited to 40 and early registration for this Masterclass is encouraged.  In the Workshop you will practice this knowledge, and the tools given to you, to design a communication programme, involving Health Influencers.
