Successful students will be able to:

Students will be expected to write a 500 word review of their experience in which they will be required to demonstrate an awareness of how they have developed as a result of the training undertaken and their experiences of delivering peer mentoring.
They should cover the following:
In addition students will be required to provide a breakdown and evidence of their training and mentoring effort hours which should equate to a minimum of 20 hours.

As this is a new service it is hard to predict what usage will be like and it is anticipated that mentees on some programmes may make more use of mentoring than others. Mentees log in to use the service and mentors log on when they are available to offer mentoring.
If a mentor requests help and a mentee is available in real time they will be connected straight away. If not an app sends a message to all suitable mentors with times the mentee would like help and the first to agree a suitable time to connect with the mentee gets the opportunity.
Some mentors may get more and some may get less than others depending on mentor-mentee connections.
