The Food Matters Live virtual experience will provide students with an engaging and inclusive opportunity to imagine, learn, connect and to explore dynamic food-related research.

This networking opportunity will also support the articulation and review of evidence against key employability skills.

• Reflect on their virtual experiences and assimilate information in relation to the development of their transferable skills.

PROFESSIONAL/PRACTICAL SKILLS:

• Recognise networking opportunities to develop employability skills within the context of the virtual conference experience.
• Assess digital skills and career options through product demonstrations and one-to-one sessions.
• Improve own learning and performance.

• Evidence communication skills.

Assessment Details

• Attend virtual event or recorded sessions (minimum 3 sessions)
• A reflective journal containing minimum of 3 entries (Approximately 200 words each)
• A visual poster (containing four image and two text boxes, maximum 100 words each)
• 2 min presentation competition summarising the overall experience.
