Our Global Buddy scheme is a mentoring scheme where we match new international students to existing Ulster students to support their transition to a new culture, environment and learning experience.

Outline of Activity

Global Buddy Scheme - is a volunteering mentoring scheme where we match new international students to existing Ulster students.   We want our Global Buddy mentors to use their campus and local area knowledge to help our new international students settle into campus life.

Assessment Details

Completion of Log Book and a 500 word reflection.

Level of Commitment

1-2 hours a week with their buddy and a meet-up in person at least every 2 weeks over the course of 1 Semester.
