The Employability and Graduate Futures team have the experience and expertise to help develop your graduate transition plan.
Taking control of this transition stage is the best way to prepare and plan for success. This semester we are encouraging final year students and postgraduate students coming to the final stages of their current programme of study to engage with our services and activities that will help you develop a plan for the weeks and months ahead.
Alongside our expert 1-1 advice and coaching service we are also offering a new 'Graduating...What Next?' Ulster EDGE Award activity. This will provide you with bespoke support and also give you the opportunity to complete one of your Ulster EDGE Award activities.

This Ulster EDGE Award activity is the perfect way to develop your graduate transition plan and progress your Ulster EDGE Award journey. Attend an expert led webinar, access 1-1 coaching, develop an updated CV and LinkedIn profile and finish with a follow up 1-1 coaching session to focus on your job search.

The NI Graduate Recruitment Fair 3 June 2025
The NI Graduate Recruitment Fair is a must attend event for students graduating this summer and recent graduates as well. Taking place at Queens University, Belfast, this event is likely to have up to 70 graduate employers.
