Micro-Placements are 3-5 week placements for first and second year undergraduate students. They aim to encourage career exploration among students with no previous professional work experience by placing them in a sector outside their main degree discipline.

The Professional Mentoring Scheme matches business professionals with second year undergraduate students to work one-to-one, helping them gain insight into professional life to ensure they begin their journeys into the professional world with a solid foundation of knowledge.
Talent Bank is a placement matching service which targets students who have disengaged from the ‘standard’ placement process. The service offers tailored recruitment support to help students secure yearlong placements in the UK or overseas.
