JISC Online surveys is a fully-online questionnaire tool and can be used to conduct small or large scale surveys over the Internet.
Survey questionnaires are easy to set up, and include a variety of question formats, and a simple page and section structure.
Survey respondents simply need to visit a dedicated webpage to complete the questionnaire.
Easy-to-use data analysis tools are available, or you can download your data as a CSV, SPSS, or XLSX file for analysis in other software products.

This tool is available for use by all University staff and students.
Staff - How to request a Jisc Online Survey account
University staff should use Unidesk self service portal to request a JISC Online Surveys licence.
You will need to provide your email address. If you are applying on behalf of colleagues, you must also provide their email addresses. Once your request is received, you will be sent a licence activation link to your Ulster University email address, to activate your account.
Students - How to request a Jisc Online Survey account
PhD and Postgraduate students should use Unidesk self service portal to request a JISC Online Surveys licence.

Undergraduate students who require an Online Surveys licence should make a request to their lecturer or supervisor. The lecturer or supervisor should collate all student names and email addresses into a single list, and then complete a Unidesk self service request, making sure to add the list of names and email addresses to the application. Once your request is received, you will be sent a licence activation link to your Ulster University email address, to activate your account.
