UU Visitor (Free WiFi)

The UU Visitor WiFi network

The UU Visitor WiFi network is supported by WiFi Spark, and in the case of any issues you need to contact them.

Contact details for WiFi Spark can be found on your activation email which is received when you register for the service.

Please be aware that this free service has bandwidth restrictions, and is suitable for general internet connection and basic streaming.

If high bandwidth is required, for example high definition 4k video etc. this should be done through the paid for UU Visitor Premium service.

Connect to “UU Visitor” WiFi
Complete registration form and add your:
- First name
- Last name
- Valid email address
You can read terms and conditions by clicking on the appropriate link. If you agree and wish to continue, click on the checkbox to confirm
Select ‘Agree and Register’
Select ‘Begin 15 Min Access’ (This is to allow registration to be completed)
You will receive an email. Select the link in your email to validate your account.
Select ‘Continue’

Connect to the UU Visitor WiFi network
Click on the "Resend Activation Email" button.
The form will expand to reveal a text field for email address and a "Send" button. Enter your email address and click on the "Send" button.
Click on the "Begin 15 minutes Access" button to send the activation email.
Click on the activation link in the email message.
You should be presented with a Validation Successful screen. Click on the "Continue" button and you should be connected to free visitor WiFi.

Connect to the UU Visitor wifi network
As you have previously registered, your device will be automatically recognised
A "Welcome Back" screen will appear. Click on the "Connect" button. You should now be connected to the wifi network.
If you do not need to use this wifi network again in the future, there is a link provided to "Forget this device"

You can access the menu by clicking on the 3 lines at the top right of any screen. From the menu you can then select the option required.
You can also click on the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and temporary WiFi access links at the bottom of the registration screen.

* Information will display in a pop-up window which can be closed by clicking the X button on the top right of the window.
