    Scheduled Maintenance

    •  Friday 11th April 2025 10pm - Panopto Offline for Maintenance Updates

      On Friday, April 11th, 2025, Panopto will be offline from 10pm to perform critical updates. Maintenance is scheduled to take 3 hours. This action will help improve the overall stability and capacity of Panopto.

    • Wednesday 5th March 11pm - Eduroam Wireless Update

      As part of Digital Services’ ongoing commitment to enhancing the University’s security it is necessary to carry out essential maintenance on the Eduroam wireless network.

      This will impact users connecting to the Eduroam wireless network on all campuses.

      You may be prompted to accept a new certificate on Windows, iPhone(iOS) and MacOS devices. Android devices should be unaffected.

      If you experience any issues, please contact our IT Service Desk providing all relevant information, including description of the issue, device name and screenshots of any error messages.

    • Wednesday 15th January- 10.30pm- 3.00am UniDesk Self service

      Please be advised that on Wednesday 15th January between 10.30pm and 3am the UniDesk self service is unavailable due to essential maintenance.

      We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
