Our mission is to support Ulster University staff, students and visitors by providing a friendly and professional service, focusing on consistent, effective and efficient support for Digital Services through

  • Communication via a variety of contact methods to suit our staff, students and partner needs, including phone, email, self-service and web chat
  • Continuous improvement and development of processes and services that deliver teaching and learning, research and impact
  • Student, staff and partner engagement

Vision

To become an accredited Service Desk and maximise first contact resolution for student, staff and partners by providing effective, timely solutions by highly trained Service Desk staff.
