Digital Services provides support to staff with corporately owned iPhones and iPads.
This support will focus on 'default services' such as Wi-Fi and staff email connectivity, while ensuring that Information Assurance security features such as Passcode and Remote Wipe are enabled.
Any advice provided by the Service Desk for any other types of smartphone devices such as Blackberry or Android is on a 'best endeavour' basis and is not guaranteed to work.
