Digital Services directorate provides technical, digital, information and application strategies to underpin the operational running of the University, whilst enabling transformation and growth.
The team provide Digital/ICT services across the University, these include:

The Digital Programme and Innovation team
The Digital Programme and Innovation team supports the delivery of the Digital Strategy by enabling University-wide Digital Business Transformation.
Enterprise Applications and Data
The Enterprise Applications and Data division is responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd line support to all enterprise business systems, collaboration services and data management.
ICT Customer Services and Support
ICT Customer Services and Support (ICTCS&S) have campus based teams responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd level IT support services to Ulster students, staff and over 200 centrally bookable spaces for teaching, learning, research, and administrative activities.
Infrastructure and Operations
The Infrastructure & Operations division consists of four distinct portfolios, namely: Enterprise Infrastructure, Microsoft Services, Network Services and End User Compute.
ICT Governance
The ICT Governance team is responsible for Cyber Risk and Assurance, Records Management, IT Asset Management (including Hardware and Software Asset management) and IT Policies.
GBD Programme
The Digital Services GBD Programme includes four main projects: Network infrastructure and Compute & Storage, End Point Technology, Move Plan Co-ordination and Unified Communications.
Reprographics
The Reprographics team supports a range of print and digital media services for staff and students, these include multi-function devices (MFD), commercial print, online store, and ID card production.
