The quality of supervision a PhD researcher receives has a significant impact on their progress, completion and subsequent career as an independent researcher.
This workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for experienced supervisors to consider the key features of effective PhD supervision, their role and approach to PhD supervision and to provide an update on recent developments in the expectations of a PhD supervisor at Ulster.
