Digital capability describes having the skills and attitudes to live, learn and work in a digital world. It is important to have the skills that employers want; the ability to select and use technology effectively; and the confidence to adapt to emerging technologies in the workplace. From your feedback over the last three years, you tell us that digital skills are important in your chosen career, as part of the national Jisc Digital Experience Insights survey.
