Graduate Employer Survey Report
The Ulster University Graduate Employer Survey was first launched in 2021, and aims to capture the voice of employer partners on a range of topics related to graduate recruitment, including skills, salaries, recruitment practices and challenges, placement, AI and recruitment, and intake.
The findings
Findings from the three iterations of the survey are presented in the reports below.
The survey findings are widely disseminated to ensure that those responsible for shaping and delivering the curriculum and supporting the employability of students and graduates at Ulster have access to up-to-date information on the views, needs and experiences of industry partners.
