Registration Fees
The rates for registration fees are given below.

Note that fees will be payable in GBP pounds Sterling and the exchange rate will be set when registration opens in January 2024.
Early Bird fee deadline is 19 April 2024. Standard rates will apply after that date.
Each corresponding author is entitled to submit up to TWO abstracts. For any more abstracts, a 60 Euro fee will apply for each additional abstract.
Registration fee includes the reception in Belfast City Hall on Monday 17th June and the Gala Dinner in the Titanic Museum on Wednesday 20th June.
Accompanying person registration fee includes attending the welcome reception in Belfast City Hall on 17 June, Gala dinner in the Titanic Museum on 19 June, and lunches (18 -21 June), along with any subsidy applied to touristic activities.
