Registration for the National Conference on Generative Artificial Intelligence in Education Conference (GenAiEdu 2024) is now open.
Registration cost
The conference starts with optional workshops on Monday 22nd January, with the main conference taking place on Tuesday 23 – Wednesday 24 January.
The workshop(s) have no additional fee to attend, however workshop attendee numbers are limited and pre-registration is mandatory.
Pre-registration for the workshops DOES NOT guarantee a place.
Workshop places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
There is a reception and networking event at the Bishops Gate Hotel on the evening of 23rd January.

Note: Valid Ulster University Staff/Student ID required at conference registration for ticket option 3, 4 and 5. Refund policy
Refunds are available up until the 16th January 2024 to facilitate conference planning.
After this date no refunds are available but registration transfers will be considered on an individual and case by case basis.
Before finally submitting your registration, please check your order carefully as changes made to bookings after an invoice has been raised will be subject to an administration charge of £25 per change made.
