Teaching across Difference in the future School of Art: Remembering where we’ve come from to know where we have to go.
Prof. Hilary Robinson, Professor of Feminism, Art, and Theory at Loughborough University and former Head of Belfast School of Art looks to the future by reflecting on the past and remembering where we have come drawing insight from her forty-year career.
Through a keynote talk and follow on panel she and invited guests will explore how the concept of teaching across difference must remain a central touchstone in creative arts education not only in the context of the Belfast School of Art but globally.
