The purpose of the conference is to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Belfast Good Friday Agreement, appraise the progress towards peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland and consider the path forward. Holding the conference in Washington DC provides an opportunity to engage with policy-makers and diplomats to help shape the broader conversation in the US.

Guests attending the event include students, academics, members of the US Executive and the broader diplomatic community and Irish-America.
