The area of equality, diversity and inclusion is a topic that has become increasingly important, both in society and in business.

The benefits of having diversity at the core of an organisation are far reaching, from helping with talent attraction, increasing output and profitability and ensuring that employees and teams feel content, motivated and secure.

We caught up with Ulster University graduate and CEO of the W Group, Roseann Kelly MBE to find out more about her views and how her group of social enterprises (Women in Business, Charter Mark NI and Timely Career Services) is helping to promote the issue among members and stakeholders.
